A lot of Canadians athletes said they were going to do it, tried to do it but at the end of the day..when the pressure couldn’t be any higher ( One day after Super Sunday turned into Bloody Sunday with Del Bosco’s bronze medal ski cross crash and Team Canada’s loss to Team Ryan Miller ) Virtue and Moir pulled off a flawless gold medal performance. The first ice dance medal earned by a North American couple. I’ll admit it I was a blubbering mess when Moir mouthed the words to Virtue ‘Thank you so much.’ Waaaaaahhhh.
